Good questions Brian.

1.) This index represents my ownership. I’m not using the index itself as a way to manage anything — the index simply represents the ownership stake I personally have in blockchain assets. I believe that it should be a common practice for everyone that voices opinions publicly to disclose ownership interests, so hope to set a standard here.

2.) Regarding quarterly rebalancing, that is a reference to a common practice in indexes (see http://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/rebalancing.asp). This approach means that if BTC appreciates significantly in Q1 to make up greater than 80% of my portfolio, at quarter-end I will be selling BTC and reallocating to get the index back to equilibrium. I will also be adding digital assets as they emerge and fit the investment criteria of the index (but this is not rebalancing).

Hope this helps — let me know if you have any other questions!
